Consultations

Prior to using our Fitness Suite all users must undertake a full consultation consisting of the following:

Health Screening and safety information
Personal assistance on the use of our equipment
Up to 2 sessions with a qualified Instructor to run through a personalised exercise programme (if required)
Fitness testing (if required)
Lifestyle Evaluation, Goal Setting and Nutrition Advice if required
Free Gift (Subject to availability)

Adult	£14.00
Parent & Child	£18.00
Concession	£8.00

Special Offer
Take up a Peak/Off Peak membership on the day of your consultation session and we will waive your consultation fee.

Please note that from September 2010 all fitness consultations need to be pre booked and at least 50% of the fee paid at the time of the booking. If you join on a Peak/Off Peak membership the cost of the consultation will be discounted from any upfront monthly or annual payment you make.
