Fitness Assessment

Interested in having a health assessment of your overall health and fitness, including advice on ways in which to enhance your well-being and daily lifestyle? If so, book a Health Assessment with one of our instructors where you can gain the information needed to boost your health and the motivation to improve.

The assessment will consist of the following tests:

  • Weight
  • Height
  • Body Fat Percentage
  • Heart Rate
  • Lung Capacity
  • Fat Mass
  • Fat Free Mass
  • Total Body Water
  • Body Mass Index (calculate your own BMI)

Each of these tests act as a monitoring mechanism to improve and progress your individual fitness. The results of these tests may determine the route of your programme for example lower body fat.
