Fitness Classes

At Fitness63, we offer a fantastic range of fitness classes designed to suit every taste, age and fitness level of our members and guests, delivered by expert instructors who will motivate you through a variety of classes and sessions. As part of the membership packages on offer at DVC Sports you can choose to undertake a fitness class-only membership, a comprehensive membership or even pay per class.

Please note that our classes are very popular and we recommend that you book onto your chosen class in advance to ensure yourself a place.

Fitness Classes Descriptions

What is it?
The 45 minute indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music.

Duration: 45 Minutes

Calorie Burn: 650 (Average)

What is it?
It is exactly the same as the Spin63 class but delivered in a shorter period of time at an higher intensity, designed for you die-hards!

Duration: 30 Minutes

Calorie Burn: 450 – 500 (Average)

What is it?
The workout that increases your flexibility, stability and strength.

Duration: 90 Minutes

Calorie Burn: 400 (Average)

What is it?
These morning classes take please term time only on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Aimed at your Cardio, Strength and Core using a variety of exercises and equipment including TRX, Barbells and bodyweight.

Duration: 60 Minutes

Calorie Burn: 400 (Average)

What is it?
Usually focused around intervals of intense work periods and short rest periods. This class will usually contain a mix of exercises targeting the full body using body weight, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, core bags, slam balls and a variety of other equipment. This is a perfect class for all abilities as you only get out of the class what you put it, but be prepared to work hard!

What is it?
Unleash your fat burning potential with Kettlebell workouts.

Duration: 30 Minutes

Calorie Burn: 350 (Average)

What is it?
If you like old school training this is it, the original circuit class!
Excellent full body workout that improves fitness levels and aids weight loss and body fat reduction.

Duration: 45 Minutes

Calorie Burn: 450 (Average)

What is it?
3 types of training (Cardio, Strength &Core) built into one interval and circuit based class.

Duration: 45 Minutes

What is it?
Wake up on a Thursday morning with this high intensity group fitness class.

Duration: 45 minutes

What is it?
Like the classic circuit but with more intense work periods and less rest.

Duration: 30 minutes

 

What is it?
The class that targets those key areas for that summer body. This can be taught in a hiit or circuit class style depending on the instructor.
